Buckeye Clinic in South Sudan

Founded by two of the lost boys of South Sudan, Bol Aweng and Jok Dau, the Buckeye Clinic in South Sudan exists to aid in maternal and childcare and provide food for the village.

We worked with the Bol Aweng and board members Steve Walker, Dale Svendsen, John Lytle and Malcolm Cochran to develop their brand to aid in raising money with fundraising teams in Columbus schools.

The identity was designed to have both an English version and a Dinka version—to be used both in Ohio and across the country as well as at the clinic in Piol, South Sudan.
